Slechts 1,5 liter van Blackcurrants on Oak heeft nog een tweede rijping gehad op Hongaars medium toast oak dat een aantal maanden in bourbon gedrenkt heeft.
Slechts 5 exemplaren van 250ml zijn gebotteld met een donker groene capsule en verkocht als set samen met Vanilla Fruits from the Forest en Maple Bourbon Oak Aged Fruits from the Forest.
Blackcurrants on Oak Bourbon Oak Aged
Just 1,5 liters of Blackcurrants on Oak was given a second aging on Hungarian medium toast oak that's been soaked for several months in Bourbon.
Only 5 bottles of 250ml were made with a dark green capsule and sold as part of a set together with Vanilla Fruits from the Forest en Maple Bourbon Oak Aged Fruits from the Forest.

Blackcurrants on Oak is een melomel met zwarte bessen welke heeft gerijpt op Frans (medium toast), Amerikaans (medium toast) en Hongaars (medium toast) eikenhout. In Blackcurrants on Oak is 26kg zwarte bessen gebruikt, samen met 19,5kg oranjebloesemhoning voor een totale hoeveelheid van 34 liter.
Blackcurrants on Oak is gebotteld in een hand genummerde oplage van 84 flessen van 375ml met een nachtblauwe capsule.

Blackcurrants on Oak is a blackcurrant melomel that has been aged on French (medium toast), American (medium and heavy toast) and Hungarian (medium toast) oak.
19,5kg of orangeblossom honey was used for a total volume of 34 liters.
84 bottles of Blackcurrants on Oak were bottled in a 375ml bottle with a midnight blue capsule and numbered by hand.

Fruits from the Forest is een melomel met zwarte en rode bessen, bramen, aardbeien, wilde bosbessen en frambozen. In Fruits from the Forest is 33kg fruit gebruikt, samen met 19kg koffiebloesemhoning en 4,5kg oranjebloesemhoning voor een totale hoeveelheid van 44 liter.
Fruits from the Forest is gebotteld in een hand genummerde oplage van 84 flessen van 375ml met een lila capsule.

Fruits from the Forest is a melomel made with blackcurrants, redcurrants, blackberries, strawberries, wild blueberries and raspberries. 19kg of coffeeblossom honey and 4,5kg orangeblossom honey were used for a total volume of 44 liters.
84 bottles of Fruits from the Forest were bottled in a 375ml bottle with a lila capsule and numbered by hand.

Currant Affairs is een melomel met rode en zwarte bessen welke heeft gerijpt op Frans (medium toast) en Amerikaans (medium toast) eikenhout. In Currant Affairs is 10kg zwarte bessen, 15kg rode bessen gebruikt, samen met 15kg oranjebloesemhoning voor een totale hoeveelheid van 30 liter.
Currant Affairs is gebotteld in een hand genummerde oplage van 76 flessen van 375ml met een petrol blauwe capsule.

Currant Affairs is a red and black currant melomel and has been aged on French (medium toast) and American (medium toast) oak. 10kg black currants, 15kg red currants were used together with 15kg orangeblossem honey for a total volume of 30 liter.

Als eerste editie in de Extravagant Dessert serie is #1 een melomel met kaneel, maple siroop en (met de hand) geroosterde marshmallows. In Extravagant Dessert #1 is 17kg zwarte bessen, 6kg bramen gebruikt, samen met 10,8kg oranjebloesemhoning voor een totale hoeveelheid van 40 liter.
Extravagant Dessert #1 is gebotteld in een hand genummerde oplage van 33 flessen van 375ml met een bronze capsule. 15 flessen zijn gebotteld met een blauwe capsule als onderdeel van de "Good Beginnings" set.

As a first edition in the "Extravagant Dessert" series, #1 is a melomel with cinnamon, maple syrup and (hand) toasted marshmallows. Extravagant Dessert #1 uses 17kg black currants and 6kg blackberries, together with 10,8kg of orangeblossom honey for a total volume of 40 liters.
33 bottles of Extravagant Dessert #1 were bottled in a 375ml bottle with a bronze capsule and numbered by hand.

Als eerste uitgave van Kollektiv Mead is So it Begins een melomel (een mede met fruit) met een alcoholpercentage van 11,1%.
So it Begins is gemaakt met 7kg zwarte bessen, 5kg frambozen, 3kg zure kersen (morellen) en 3kg bramen gebruikt, samen met 7,3kg oranjebloesemhoning op een totale hoeveelheid van 26 liter.
So it Begins is gebotteld in een hand genummerde oplage van 15 flessen van 250ml met een olijfgroene capsule.
15 375ml flessen zijn gebotteld met een blauwe capsule als onderdeel van de "Good Beginnings" set.

As the first edition of Kollektiv Mead, So it Begins is a melomel (a fruited mead) with an abv of 11,1%.
So it Begins was made with 7kg of black currants, 5kg of raspberries, 3kg sour cherries (morellen) and 3kg of blackberries, together with 7,3kg of orangeblossom honey for a total volume of 26 liters.
15 250ml bottles were bottled with an olive green capsule and numbered by hand.
15 375ml bottles were bottled with a blue capsule as part of the "Good Beginnings" set.
Good Beginnings set
Als introductie zijn de eerste 2 medes (So it Begins en Extravagant Dessert #1) in een set uitgebracht in 375ml flessen, voorzien van een blauwe capsule.
Deze set is in een apart hand genummerde oplage van 15 exemplaren uitgebracht om het begin van Kollektiv Mead te vieren.

To celebrate the start of Kollektiv Mead, this set was put together with the first 2 meads (So it Begins and Extravagant Dessert #1) bottled in 375ml bottles in blue capsules and seperately numbered by hand.
